Hostal Trajano - Seville

The room was cosy and cool, perfect with the heating system in December. I had a good rest in the comfortable room. Central heating was available along with a TV. the on-site private parking was convenient and the service was excellent. .

All in all they offer excellent service.

Absolutely perfect location close to shops and restaurants, AFFABLE staff, everything was great. Last time we stopped we had a cosy, cool room with heating system which would have been useful in december.

The hotel is large and clean. the location is fantastic, right next to the shopping area. It is located near major attractions like the Alcazar and the cathedral. the room had a heating system which was very useful in December. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The staff here was really nice and helpful, offering great service, and the economy queen room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed.

I liked the proximity of the Hostal to the cathedral, the main tourist areas and the shops.

I found the room very basic and quite poky; the toilet/washing facilities were almost claustrophobic. Also, didn't have much sleep the two nights we were there. The noise from the street was incessant(it was a week-end) and the bell seemed to be going all night long as other guests returned from their nights out and lumbered noisily up the stairs. Also, very loud voices from the reception drifted upstairs; I think this was in the early morning!!

The location was the best feature of this hotel.

The room was on the second floor, it was very stuffy facing the street where there was construction going on. The information on Booked.net mentions A/C, such does not exist. Internet was very poor; I couldn't connect in the room and the network was not detectable in the lobby. I was told that my computer needed to be 'configured'. Upon check-out, I wanted to pay with credit card (I had checked whether I could and was told yes) and when the card didn't go through the first time, the person simply said it's not working, it was denied. He then asked me to pay cash which I didn't have. I insisted on sliding the card again and it went through the second time.

This place is clean, offers city views, and has excellent, friendly staff.

The room was very noisy. I could practically hear everyone coming and going at the reception. And every time someone was coming during the night the bell was ringing very loudly

The noise inside the hostal .All the rooms look onto an internal Spanish patio and any sounds funnel up through the building to the roof all night.....entrance bell,voices from late night guests,the very loud staff in the morning,even a baby and a cat !! Plus the water running down the pipes and the toilets flushing from other rooms. We got no sleep at all,and without even a ceiling fan in the room at 30C,it was like a sauna. Do not stay here.....you pay and get nothing....no breakfast,no extras and....NO Sleep !

The rooms are always cool and cosy, with a terrace, comfortable bed, and heating system.

I just had the feeling that the covers in the bed were not washed for some time...

Nothing - left early.

No elevator; third floor room on the rooftop. I have had cruise cabins with twice the space. Clerk did not turn A/C on until after we went back down the stairs and complained. Room was crawling with ants. Extremely noisy; the rooftop is the gathering place.
